1Password by Agile Bits

1Password is a terrific password manager and more. It works on Windows, Mac, iPhone, iPad, and Android; syncs via Dropbox or iCloud, or via their hosted Teams or Families service (with sharing options and access controls), across all platforms; has plug-ins for major browsers to make filling in your passwords quick and painless; generates strong random passwords on the fly; helps protect against phishing attacks; stores your software licenses, credit card info, secure notes... and much more.

I believe every Internet user should use a password manager like 1Password. As a longtime 1Password user, I rely heavily on this app and use it many times every day from my computer and mobile devices.

Backblaze backup

I've used quite a few backup systems, software packages, and services over several decades. Of them all, Backblaze is the easiest to use and the best I've found for PCs, whether you're using a Mac or Windows. Better yet, you get the same great service for personal and business use.

Backblaze is a cloud backup service offering automatic, unlimited, unthrottled backup for just $5 a month. Just install Backblaze and let it run. Optionally, you can refine its setting to change the backup schedule or exclude files or folders, but for most people, the defaults are best. Highly recommended.
